Bluetooth on Galaxy 8 disconnects from devices (vehicle, Sony headphones, hearing aids, radio, JBL speaker) after about 15 minutes. Tech coach and live agent suggested reting bluetooth. Did so; problem persists. How to fix
Bluetooth is a very handy feature, and it should not disconnect in such a short time, davehmontana. It is possible that an app is causing this, so we recommend placing the device in Safe Mode http://spr.ly/6604G5QnM. If the device still disconnects after 15 minutes with Safe Mode enabled, the next step is a Factory Data Reset http://spr.ly/6605G5Qn3. Please keep us posted on what happens.
