Bluetooth locks up the phone

I have successfully sync'd my Fascinate to my Subaru handsfree bluetooth.When I leave the car and take the phone with me it locks up.I either have to turn it off/on or a few times take the battery out. I've gone the route to make sure GPS and WiFi are off- still the same problem. Any ideas?
