Got a new phone in the mail, tried to activate it, I got a message "activation incomplete call verizon, "   so I did, was asked to enter a chat, was put on hold in the chat at 8: 37 pm, at 10:02  recieved a message that verizon is closed for the day, try tomorrow.   Are you kidding me, and the blame the back log on the virus, garbage, these agents are working from home, and you can not caught it over the phone.  Thank you verizon, this is way I did not buy the phone off of you, when I tried you refused to honor the warranty, awful customer service,
