And it still hasn't shipped and CS couldn't tell me weather it will get here before Xmas. [removed] Did they forget they were having a sale or is this a quick money grab for Verizon because they sure are quick to charge me full price before I even have the phone.

Spent 4 hours total on the phone with CS this morning. Still did not get an ETA on when I would get the phone but the charges have been fixed. It wasn't that we were being charged it was that the charge was wrong. The BF discount was not added.
