I got a Brand new galaxy note edge. I took it out of the box took all packaging off and plugged it in to charge. It does nothing. No lights, no battery on screen to show it is charging. Has any one had this problem or have any ideas on what I can try to get my phone to work? Please help anyone.
Getting a brand new device should be an exciting time, Deah99! After reading of your current experience, we are concerned as well. After the device has been connected to the charger for a few minutes, if you press and hold the power button is there any sign of life?
