If I am on the phone and I receive an incoming call it goes straight to voicemail without any intervention from me. I am unable to locate any call waiting settings on my phone or any settings that would cause this.
Has anyone ever seen this?

Yes, I have made sure that call forwarding if off and this only affects calls if I am already on the phone. If I am not on the phone calls come through just fine.

I'm sure we can help you with your Voicemail and Call Forwarding. To confirm, when on a call, are your calls going directly to Voicemail, and you do not hear the Call Waiting beep? Please clarify, thank you.
