I downloaded the the Verizon call filter for my S8. Now I am missing calls. If I haven't used the phone for a while it will not ring. I have gone to the Verizon store but they were little to no help.
I rely on my phone to alert me for all calls and want to ensure you do not miss out on any important calls, Alanc1. Let's take a closer look into this. Does this happen on all calls? Have you noticed if this happens with certain contacts? Does your phone show the missed call even though it does not ring?
