I have an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra bought straight from Samsung.com. Has always been activated on the same account with Verizon as another line I also have which is an Iphone 13 Pro Max. Within the last week i have been experiencing dead zones in places where i would normally have signal. When i finally do get signal my calls and texts seem to be working but my cellular data (internet) does not work. I have already chatted with two separate Verizon agents and the options were left to trying a new SIM card which i have done today and it seemed to work at first. But now later in the same day the same issue. My second option was to factory reset my device which i do not see why that would be necessary. My device is working and is in perfect condition but my Verizon service is not. No one seems to know what a solution could be and doing a factory reset on my perfectly working device does not seem appealing or correlated to me. Please help.

I know that a factory reset is not something that seems apealling to myself, Donatelo910, the only caveat is that if it was determined to be a device issue. We are here to help figure out what is going on. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us so we can better assist.
