Camera Failed and Screen Freeze after update

Since the update to Pie, my camera has been frequently stalling and freezing. I'm also getting the "camera failed" error, when I've never had these issues before. To fix it, I have to restart my phone CONSTANTLY. What's going on and how do I fix it?!

How often do you receive this error? Does this error show when using apps that allow you to take pictures? Has there been any damage to the phone?
