I am having trouble downloading "My Motospeak" from the Android marketplace using the Samsung Fascinate. And, yes, i am signed into my google account and receiving emails. I don't have this problem with other phones. Please help. I really wanted to use this app with my BT headset. Phone is also having problems downloading Android OS updates.
Hello Twanika! Are you able to download other applications from the Market? If you are having problems downloading any applications we will need some more information like specifically, what error message are you receiving? If the problem is only with this application, then I suggest choosing the option to contact the developer. This will take you to Motorola's website to support My MotoSpeak, possibly compatible phones and headsets. You will find all the support you need for the application there.
