I got my S5 on 10/23 and have tried several times to download my phonebook to the vehicle, Mazda CX-5. I previously had a Galaxy III and it loaded with no problems. If I select "all contacts" it comes back phonebook not found. If I selet "single contacts" it will run for a few minutes then cancel. (Now on the screen it does say, check your phone you may have to do something." I didn't see any prompt on the phone.) I unpaired and paired 3 times with same results. I am very frustrated. I went to the Samsung rep in Best Buy and he did not have any tips. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

The Verizon store fixed the problem. I feel so stupid. She unpaired the blue tooth in my SUV and RESET TO DEFAULTS!! DAH, the one thing I did not do when I unpaired 4 times. She paired the phone and SUV again and the phone book downloaded. Bearone21 thank you for your interest.

I can answer phone & get & receive calls. Had trouble with SD card. If I format card & start over do you think that may help?

I removed the SD card and tried it and still error messages. I will try it again tomorrow. I removed the SD card, formatted it and reloaded, removed the battery. I'll see if that helps. ANYONE got a clue why my Bluetooth can't find the phone book on the phone? It's crazy that the speed dials are loaded in my vehicle. I can't use it because there is no phone book. Frustrated.
