My question is can I put other apps on my fascinate that are'nt in the market?

The netflix app seems to be called phoneflicks-netflix android in the market. There is also flixster where you can manage your netflix queue.

When I did a google search, the superfan app is called nfl Sunday ticket in the market.

Hopefully this is what you are looking for.
