Can't open Window

Anyone get a message when trying to open a link/window that it can't be opened because you have met you limit?  Very frustrating.

How many windows do you have open in your browser? I believe some of the android phones limit the number of browser windows that can be open at a time in the default Internet browser.

Showed the issue to a friend and she showed me what to do.  I did have too many windows open.  Appreciate your response
