Verizon does not care about their customers. We have to find some kinda of fraudulent actions. I was lied to when i got this phone. The sales rep specifically told me that my phones performance and staying receiving updates were guaranteed. Verizon used me. I feel lied to and cheated by what i thought was the best of everything. Is it ok for a company to do this. If im being punished then so should they.
