I just purchased a Note 10 and downloaded the Verizon Tone app. Clicked on the ringtone I wanted to purchase, confirmed yes to purchase and I get an error code 20110 that the purchase could not be completed. I've tried this with several different ringtones and cannot purchase any. Any ideas? Who should I contact?
Rather than purchasing ringtones, why not just use any .mp3 file that you have as a ringtone (place the file in the Ringtones folder in the phone's internal memory) or get free ringtones from Zedge
