This morning Verizon did an update for security for my phone an S21 ultra ever since then I've been unable to send MMS, gifs, or pictures..
So now on top of not having Advanced messaging, having to wait forever to get through to a customer service rep, I can't send pictures or gifs.
I'm a new customer of 2 months from AT&T and I hate the day that I transferred my service to Verizon it's absolutely horrible.
