Caps Lock in Browser = 2 characters after I500 DL09 update

Has anyone else noticed/reported that after the January update (Jan 13 in my case), the text entry process that automatically capitalized the first letter by default now tends to capitalize the first TWO characters?  This occurs in both the standard Browser app and the Dolphin HD browser.

Scroll downt he subjects.  I think there is one about "Swype after update" that was talking about this same issue.  Not sure it there is a fix?

Thanks, I don't use Swype, so didn't look at that post until you mentioned it.  But you're right - still no fix.
