I recently switched from Sprint to Verizon on 06/14 and purchased the new Galaxy S10. I have noticed on this forum and through personal experience that it seems that Carrier Billing DOES NOT work with Android phones. It seems like no one can fix this issue but everyone seems to have it. I have already spoked to a verizon rep and a rep at google and they both have NO CLUE!
I am sure the answer is no, but I will ask anyway. Has ANYONE been able to fix this issue?
How hard is it to have payment through a card on Google Play like everyone else? Why does it matter if it's billed to the carrier? If anything that is worst because customers with kids can easily purchase junk.
If you (or others with kids) don't like the feature you can turn it off for YOUR line(s) if you so choose. That choice has absolutely NOTHING to do with the rest of us who like to take advantage of this option. Thanks.
