Been with Verizon for 15 years or more, nothing has changed. Meaning no new trees, no buildings, and our house hasn’t moved or changed for 30 years. Our service s___s and getting worse. I had two very important calls dropped this morning. We’ve about had it. Several phone calls to Verizon hasn’t done a bit of good. All I get is sorry and some kind of excuses. Looking at changing providers in the near future. T-Mobile???
