The other carrier offered a much lower rate and I would not have to give my bank account info. Even though I have a good discount with Verizon, it seems I am still paying quite a bit for two lines. Also, I have an impeccable payment record for many years with Verizon and it seems requiring my bank account for the discount is a bit much.
Is there anything you can offer to help with these concerns?
