Changing email signature

Got new S5. Liberated from Apple!  But I can't figure out how to change my email signature. It's not in HELP and when I went on line to FAQS it said go to "mobile email" and change it there. But I see no mobile email  app.

I'm sure this is easy, but... Help!

Settings > Accounts > E-mail > Settings > tap the appropriate e-mail account (assuming you have more than one) > Signature > use the toggle in the upper right-hand corner to turn on/off > tap Edit Signature to make changes

Wow!  I could not get there. Thanks a lot, tikibar. A big +1. Way better than Verizon help. Which is why my signature removes the kind of phone and carrier.
