I have a Note 20 Ultra that makes choppy phone calls. This doesn't happen all the time but randomly. I have to end the call and call the number back and then the call is clear. This happens on WIFI or 5g with ample signal. This needs to be fixed!
We can understand your concern regarding the quality of your calls, because as phone users ourselves we want our calls to complete without incident too. Does this issue happen in one location only? Does it happen while indoors or out?
