I lost my old phone and just got a replacement through the insurance. I do a cloud backup every night so texts, contacts, and calls were backed up to my cloud. When I go to Verizon online and look at my texts through the website, these texts are there. However, when I do a Cloud content restore on the new phone, texts from the month of September 2021 are not being restored. What can I do to fix this? It seems to be a bug.
