Cloud update says "unavailable" since January for Samsung Galaxy S7

Every time I try to update the cloud on my Samsung Galaxy S7, it says unavailable since mid January. Please help! I don't want to lose my pictures & staff in stores say they can't help because they don't know how to fix it. Thank you!

Back up your photos to Google photos, since Verizon cloud seems to be not working. Android will sync with your google account, just be sure to upload over wifi to save your data.
