Compromised security and hackers

I have had to change my phone, gmail address, phone number only to have the hacker back in within 9 days. I think it's my Wifi being hacked so tried the Verizon 4G jet pack and it worked but I could never get onto the net so got rid.

it's probably from sites you visit or those you provide sensitive info to!!

I know changing all those details must have been a hassle, catherine18. We here at Verizon Wireless do all we can to protect our customers’ details. As for the service, what happened when you tried to go online? What error messages did you see? What device would not connect to the net?
