Computer connectivity

My Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is not recognized by the computer, i.e. does not show up in Windows 7 Explorer when connected by USB cable. Why not? I want to download pics.

Uploading your pictures to your computer is important, helleborsita. Do you have the correct drivers for your Samsung device? You can visit the Samsung website to get them. Also, you can use the Verizon Cloud to download your photos to your computer. http://vz.to/220jXqz
