Hello and good morning. After trying the Wi-Fi calling consistently on I am not happy with what's consistently on I am not happy with what's going on I'm still having the exact same issues and same with my husband I don't know if it is our phones or Verizon or the service I have updated everything with spectrum including new components and everything checks out with them. I contacted the landlord and nobody really complains about any kind of connectivity issues the signal is very strong.. I am not sure what to do anymore honestly and I have completely lost track to be honest of everything that has been tried but there has been Network resets factory restores the wires sent to the Wi-Fi have been changed out the boxes have been changed out the switch on the outside of the house has been changed out we don't buffer at all in the house and we don't have problems on our tablets as far as I know. But it's not like we're on them for telephone usage. But over the last few days I've missed a couple of important calls they never even rang and I have had a few drops in the middle of very long holds. I will be sitting here and my phone will just go to no connectivity just all of the sudden. Please help me figure this out when I watch the signal thing on top of the phone the rainbow one bounces up and down with bars and the stair step one ads and reduces bars all the time. And there is a little six near the bar I don't know if that's supposed to be there or not any suggestions please would be great. I also was reading online that the Samsung s22 ultra is just a cruddy phone something happened or whatever and anyways there's something wrong with the phones
