Since the beginning of November I have been having connection issues on 3 devices whenever I am at home. I depend on my phone, both calling and data for my business. I do not have wi-fi at home, that is what my unlimited data plan is for. Have called customer service several times, reset, cleared cache over and over, to no avail. Somebody help please!!!!!!!!!!

Same problem with me there " troubleshooting" does nothing and they don't seem concerned at all to fix it I have several ticket and promise to fix just gets ignored my experience is just been talking to myself with them

Makes me so mad! I have been Verizon loyal for 15 years now, have 4 phones, 2 jetpacks and a tablet on my account, hubby has 5 phones and a jetpack on his. Our jetpacks don't seem to be affected, but the phones and tablet are, and only here at home, where there are 2 towers within 2-3 miles (opposite directions, as the crow flies) from my house. I get better reception in the middle of Wyoming!!

Verizon said it was fixed but I'm getting constant changing reception and dropped calls/bad call reception.
