It's important to be able to manage your information online, Tommyhawlk1. You can easily manage your contacts from My Verizon once you have performed a backup to Verizon Cloud: http://bit.ly/2mcbc09 . Once your backup is complete, you will be able to manage contacts and your media online here: http://vz.to/2tEP0LP . Is there something specific that you're looking to do as far as managing your contacts?
