Coverage is getting worse

I have been a customer for over 11 years and it seems as if coverage gets worse with the advancement of technology. According to your coverage map, I should have 4G service in my area. That is not the case. I have no service. I can't call or receive calls, occasionally a text will come through and you can forget trying to connect to the internet. How can you be the leader in 5G coverage when your 4G coverage isn't working. 

 

Not a happy customer!

We always want you to have the best experience possible. I'm sorry to learn about any issues when inside your home in 78258, and I'd like to help you. Please allow me to explain that indoor use is a real challenge, and that's for all carriers. There are many things that can obstruct your signal when indoors. The following video explains more:

The problem is indoor and outdoor.  Front yard and back yard.  The problem is the same for two brand new S21 Ultras.  The service doesn't change.  It's poor indoors and outdoors.   We are well within 5G Nationwide coverage, and within 5G Ultra Wideband coverage based on your coverage map.
