Go to voicemail > settings > custom greeting.
I can record it and it's there but if I call my phone all I hear is the old message.
emadak, got it. We want to get to the bottom of this and make sure you're able to hear your new greeting. If possible, can you try recording your greeting by calling *86? You can find the roadmap to get to your greeting here: https://www.verizon.com/support/pdf/basic-voicemail-user-guide-86menu-oct2020.pdf The path should be pressing 4 from the main menu, then 3 then 1.
