Customer Service Intentionally Canceled Chat

I and many other customers are experiencing dropped service. I have been experiencing this on my phone for two months now. I brought my phone into the store and a young woman there worked on the phone for hours and was not able to fix the problem.

Turns out Samsung has sold a batch of Galaxy S22 Ultra phones with failing antennas. That's just the beginning of my complaint.

The biggest issue is that after being in chat with support for over THREE HOURS following every single step they asked me to complete, they said they were going to "run some diagnostics" when they couldn't fix the issue. I KNOW this is a hardware issue but now I'm getting the run around. I wasn't even able to rate the chat negatively because they closed the chat before I could even select the option. 

I'm getting pretty fed up with this. They are refusing to address known problems and after years of using this company with five lines I'm about two seconds away from dropping Verizon forever. How dare they close the chat on me after wasting hours of my time? Totally unacceptable behavior.
