Oh my God!!!! When did Verizon become a lying company that couldn't care less about service of any kind!!! I've have spent over 30 hours on the phone with Verizon CS and over 14 reps and NO ONE seems to be able to effectively do their job. What is going on over there???? Now I know why they have 1.5 star ratings.
