Customer service 

So on October 14, 2024 i received my new Samsung phone.

It's the Samsung S24 256 blk

I didn't ask for an upgrade but Verizon considers this an upgrade from my note 10+

Today is November 20, 2024.  Two days ago the port for my charger stopped taking a charge.  

No water or liquid near it, turned it on & off looked for possible system upgrade, never dropped.  So on November 19, I started trying to get ahold of customer support.  

Send new phone back plus old Note10+ & ask for an upgrade to the newest note.

At 9a.m. yesterday morning called cs.  Verizon virtual came told me I have a pymt due(which is automatically paid) have a future balance. Then proceed to ask more questions while I thought I was on hold to ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE!  Then they hung up on me.

This went on between text & me calling till about 930p.m.  

I know this is long & I should have just dropped it last night & gone to the store today.   But I finally texted with a Supervisor named Laura from Chicago who was supposed to call last night or today.  As 12:58 no response.

I've had my account over 17years & never returned a phone & have literally spent thousands of dollars 

All to to receive this funked up sharty service...

What would you do?
