Data Connection issue

Anybody else having data connection problem???

Since 2 days ago my 3G data connection is failing for some reason...

poor connection ever.. even worse...getting disconnected messages...

Thank you SFObrien for that helpful information.  

 

JoshuaYP, have you tried any other basic troubleshooting?  You can try a battery pull, clean the cache, cookies, and history.  You can also try turning off the Mobile Networks, and then turning back on.  Below I have provided you with these troubleshooting steps.

 

Battery Pull:

While the phone is on, remove the back and battery for about 20 seconds.  Put back together, and turn back on. 

 

Clean cache, cookies, and history:

1. Tap Applications Tab

2. Tap Browser

3. Tap Menu key

4. Tap More

5. Tap Settings

6. Tap Clear Cache

7. Tap OK

 

**Repeat steps for Cookies and History, except #6, select correct prompt.**

 

Mobile Networks:

1. Select Settings

2. Select Wireless & network settings

3. Tap Airplane Mode & WiFi

 

**Repeat steps to turn back on.
