Data usage not updating on My Verizon on the website

I have to monitor my data usage daily due to ghost charges.  However, My Verizon, on the website, has not updated my usage in about 10 days.  This is a terrible time to deprive customers of this information.  People are at home with family and using much more data than usual.  We need access to our data usage.

Did you ever get an answer to your question? Because I'm having the same problem and it's extremely frustrating. I've been on the line with Verizon customer service. And they have no clue what i'm talking about
