Degraded Signal

Over the past couple of weeks, our cell service has gotten worse and worse around our house. And it isn't just the 4G signal (which doesn't spend much time in 4G range), it's the call quality as well. My wife and I are getting notifications of missed calls without our phone(s) ringing, dropped calls and unintelligible call quality.
What can be done about this?

Having full service at home is mandatory. Letโs get to the bottom of this. How far do you travel to get full service? Have any changes occurred within the last few weeks around the time this first started?

My wife and I have to travel a little over a mile to get a decent signal.
The only change we've made is upgrading her phone to the latest iPhone....

And how is wi-fi calling going to fix the complete lack of data while at home?
The last Verizon customer support member I talked with kept pushing wi-fi calling.... sounds great! But it still won't fix the problem.
