Want to do a device swap between two lines (1 new and 1 old line), when I tried device swap online it failed, so I called 800-922-0204 but was on-hold for about 35 minutes so I gave up. Is there another way to do it over chat or through support on this channel? Will the device payment agreement (on new line) get transfer to the old line or will it remains on the new line?

Swap the SIM cards between the two phones. It will work if both SIM cards are the same size. Otherwise you will need an adapter or a replacement SIM card for the one that doesn't fit.
