I'd like an explanation for the $94.44 device buyout charge when I traded in my Galaxy S22 for an S25 . The promotional information said Verizon would pay off the S22 remaining balance and I'd get the S25 for free (getting the trade-in amount of $23.33 deducted each month).
Confused as to the extra charge. Thanks.

Typically promotional credits are shown beneath the charge to offset the cost, if that isn't present on your billing and you're seeing a total higher than anticipated, not to worry - we are here to help.
