I just upgraded to the S24. In the initial set up, it defaults to a work profile and will not let me switch to a personal profile to finish set up. This is a personal device and it did not give me the option of work or personal when I began set up. Now I’m stuck…. It’s wanting me to log into Microsoft rather than Google. Anyone able to help?!

Hey there, wingrovek, sorry to hear you're running into an issue with getting your phone set up! Was the S24 purchased from Verizon? When navigating to Settings, do you see an option listed for Accounts and Backup, then Manage Accounts? If so, is there an option to remove your work profile under the space available to add email?
