Just got back from two days in Santa Monica. Staying in a hotel there and couldn't get a single phone call in my room. I had to step outside and stand in the hot sun. If I moved on foot over the person would complain they couldn't hear me. I walked across the street to the beach and couldn't make a call. Now the new thing is driving on the 101 Westbound at White Oak every time the call drops. There are significant dead zones in Los Angeles. It was never like this before. I am seriously for the first time in ten years considering dumping Verizon.

I am having the same issues and considering dropping them, as well. The most expensive carrier on the planet should be able to provide, at least, so-so service. Verizon went from the best service to the worst, in my experience.

I agree 100%. I spent the afternoon at the competitor's store.
