I recently talked to support, and although the Verizon website advertised Disney+ free for any unlimited plan to its customers, they do not offer it to prepaid users. They told me it is for postpaid customers only, and even though they advertised ANY unlimited plan, they will not honor it for anyone who prepays. Big let down Verizon.

The advertisement for Disney + is VERY misleading. If you have an unlimited prepaid plan OR a business account, you are not going to get the Disney + promotion. For whatever reason, it seems as though Verizon only values their post paid customers. Those are the only types of accounts that ever get any discounts or special deals. Those of us with prepaid plans and business plans are still customers and should get some kind of promotion every once in a while.

Really? Looking on Verizon's website, it appears that prepaid unlimited is LESS expensive than the least expensive postpaid unlimited plan. That certainly sounds like a discount to me...
If you want the benefits which come with a postpaid account, you could always switch to one.

It took less than 10 seconds with a basic Google search to find qualifying plans by names -- none of which are under prepaid.
There's no 'honoring' your lack of research.

@Tamped that is NOT what the offer is, and not all postpaid consumer accounts are eligible.
