Worst customer service ever, they are ready to take your money but when it comes to provide service you get bots from Verizon. I been trying to activate hulu since last week after upgrading the line for Play more and so far no success. I have wasted my Sunday afternoon on the chat with Verizon and no result. I am extremely frustrated, this is not the service they should give as most expensive wireless carrier. We pay more so we should get the best customer service.
Don't blame the CS when it's Verizon's marketing team and Hulu that has this dysfunctional relationship with each other. When I was an agent, it was always Hulu of the bundle deal that always had problems. The people you talk to are for Verizon billing and tech, not Hulu problems.
