I have the unlimited plan but Disney+ is not an option when I go to add on. I talked to Verizon over 24 hours ago and they told me this would be resolved by the IT dept within 24 hours. I still do not have access to Disney+.

Do you have one of Verizon's newer unlimited data plans released within the past couple of years or the grandfathered unlimited data plan from years ago which was available before Verizon discontinued unlimited data for a period of time?

I have the same issue. Mine is an old grandfathered in plan. Does that mean I can't get Disney+?

I'm also on a newer plan, I see no Disney+ in the addons list. Play Unlimited for all 3 lines.

I have an older Unlimited plan. I was told that I was eligible but they are having issues with the website. I got irritated because it had NOTHING to do with the Disney+ app which is what they were telling me. I signed up for the free preview for 7 days direct with Disney+ before I found out Verizon was offering the free year. So irritated with going around in circle with the website and getting nowhere with Verizon help. Just would like to get set up with free service before I get charged. The IT rep I spoke with today says wait 48 hours and check back.

littlemurry, we absolutely want to make sure that you're able to take advantage of all available promotions on your account. We're truly sorry to hear that you've been having issues redeeming the free Disney+ offer, and would love to help.
So long as you're on a qualifying plan, you will be able to redeem Disney+ on us for one year. To see all eligible plans, please click here, scroll down and see Eligible plans: https://www.verizonwireless.com/solutions-and-services/disneyplus/ Because you signed up for the free 7-day trial through Disney directly, it will be necessary to cancel that account and afterwards, redeem the free account through us. To cancel your existing account, you will need to reach out to Disney. Please click here and scroll down to see Disney's contact information: https://help.disneyplus.com/csp After you follow this process, please let us know if you still encounter an issue when trying to redeem Disney+ via My Verizon. Let us know if you encounter any specific error messages, please.

There's nothing for them to resolve. For any Disney+ issue, that's Disney. Signing up also appears to be user error. I walked someone through the same steps I took yesterday and they were signed up within minutes. Verizon reps can't do anything about someone doing something wrong.

Actually that is not true. The Disney+ app doesn't even appear on our Verizon app or online login. Verizob needs to provide a way to get the promotion.

I switched 4 lines to unlimited plans yesterday and have not received a code and nothing appears in my manage apps page. Apple music does, but no Disney +. We were not on unlimited before yesterday.

Quickcord, let's make sure you are able to enjoy your Disney+ subscription for free! Here are a few different ways you can take advantage of this, and sign up.
Steps on the My Verizon app:
- Open the My Verizon app.
- Tap the Menu icon in the top left, then tap Account. You'll be asked to sign in.
- After you sign in, tap Add-Ons.
- From the Entertainment tab, scroll to Disney+ and tap Learn More. Then tap Enroll.
- Review and accept the Terms and Conditions, then tap Confirm.
Steps on My Verizon online
- Register or sign in to My Verizon.
- From the top menu, choose Plan, then Add-ons and apps.
- From Premium Products, click Get Disney+.
- Review and accept the Terms and Conditions. If you agree, click Enroll in Disney+.
Note: Your 12-month promotional period starts when you accept the Terms and Conditions and not when you complete enrollment through Disney+. - You'll see a screen confirming your 12 month enrollment in Disney+. Tap Finish setup to be taken to the Disney+ login page to set up your Disney+ account.
Let us know if either of these ways work for you. EricaG_VZW

I have tried both methods and Disney+ is not listed. Is it due to the fact that the plans I signed up for do not start until 12/8/19? I have attached a screenshot of what is listed on the app. There is nothing above Apple music and nothing below YouTube TV.
