Does the Galaxy S5 come with Bluetooth LE?
Is it Android 5?
Been having some trouble finding the answer to this definitively...

you can use bluetooth but not sure what "le" means.

According to this spec list, the S5 does have Bluetooth LE:
It was released with Android 4.4.2 but received updates to 6.0. It's also a rather old phone (released April 2014).
