Does Verizon's UPS Shipping Label/Box For Note7 Return Include Pickup by UPS?

If so, how does one arrange pickup of the box?

If not, why not?

The fireproof shipping box was sent from Verizon, delivered by FedEx, and has a UPS shipping label & tracking number.  The instructions that come with it has a phone number to call for questions, but that number is for Samsung, who just told me to contact my carrier.

UPS Pre Label only for drop off not pick up...

I should not have to take it somewhere.  I'd like to hear from Verizon how to get it picked up.

I was told I was receiving one by Wednesday of last week but never received it yet?  I want to send my global internet box back as promised.   Please send it to ***** Road,  St. Inigoes,  Maryland  20684.
