Using an Orbic Journey flip ohone. Every now and then it does not ring for an incoming call. But it does give the "Shree-ah" sound that means I failed to answer and it just sent the caller to voice mail.
Same thing happened with my older Samsung flip phone all the way until I had to switch to 4G service and give up that phone..
Other times the phone works right and rings correctly.
What gives? (Any ideas?)
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. This may be happening due to the phone not syncing with our cell sites or network. We would recommend to power cycle your device once a week to make sure that you're always connected to the nearest tower.
