Not enough people complaining about fascinate for them to do anything any quicker so i think the few that did complain on those sites should sit back and let Verizon do its job and get a good working OS for all of us. Whining in this case did not solve anything.

If people want to complain about things, they have the right to do it, and no Verizon employee should tell them that they can't...

I guess I am glad that Martin Luther King guy decided to complain and protest or we may still be segregated.
The point is not just no froyo it is the fact that VERIZON is screwing us {please keep your posts courteous}. They overcharge, hold up updates, and to ensure we stay they charge an ETF 350. to keep us unsatisfied.
I know other companies have ETF's as well but I did a comparison On SPRINT my four phones with unlimited text, talk and Data on sprint would be 170.00 a month the closest thing I could find on Verizon would be about 290 a month. I guess that a drop call or two should be worth about 100 dollars.
Use your voice and be heard and we may see change sit back and act happy and we will continue to be screwed by Verizon.

if you didn't get the phone subsidized at time of purchase you would have no contract.
Again I find these threads very funny, we don't even know who is behind the delay.. at least let that become public before getting all angry lol
btw check that sprint deal again, for 2 lines unlimited everything you will be paying 189 and each line after that is 89.99 per line...

It is disappointing to see how many people take the time to be critical of those that are upset about the delay, they seem to thrive in other folk's misfortune. Let's get a few facts straight, we didn't buy the phone from Google or Samsung, we chose to pay Verizon for a phone and monthly fees. Again more facts, Verizon is aware that their customers are upset, Verizon chooses to ignore their paying customers, Verizon chooses to remain silent, Verizon will not offer any kind of official statement to explain if they are going to update the Fascinate or offer an explanation in regards to the delay; if they are actually trying to release an update.
I have stated this before; I no longer care what Verizon does or does not do. As an individual with an income that Verizon wants a part of that income I decide how much of my earnings go into Verizon's pocket. Remember they offer other services beside wireless phone service and I know they want me to pay them for a land line, they want my money for their FIOS services. If I wanted to I could easily triple what money I currently pay Verizon...but I am too insignificant for them to need me or your money, right?
Read what I wrote very carefully and you will not find any "whining". Each and every single "whiner" can easily spend their money anywhere they choose. Verizon offers absolutely nothing unique, it can be purchased elsewhere. It is all about choice, it is ok for Verizon not to care...right to the day they go out of business. If corporate arrogance leads them to believe that it is impossible for them to go out of business...they will fail sooner rather than later.

You are correct I did not mean unlimited talk I meant unlimited text and data 1500 minutes for talk. But nights start at 7 free mobile to any mobile. It is only 20 additional dollars per line that includes unlimited data and text. Verizon does not even offer a family data share plan

I agree not enough unhappy people to make a difference and that bothers me that they might never give us anymore upgrades for this phone. I know I am saving to get a new 4G phone and it wont be a Samsung
