Download messages on my mobile

When I scroll on my blog website and open a blog, I receive  messages asking me to "Download file or open?"  This only happens on my mobile, not on the PC.

Why is it doing that?

any help or suggestions how to avoid these messages would be appreciate it

What recent changes have you made (your last sentence says your in Ulrich Switzerland; did you relocate, traveling, vacationing, etc.)? Does this issue happen when you visit other sites through your mobile? What is your blog's official site?
