Dropped Calls Samsung S22+

I am beyond frustrated with the dropped calls. I have spoken to several tech coaches, upgraded my phone from an S10+ to S22+, and got a brand new SIM card without resolution. The calls drop randomly despite having a signal booster in the house and plugged directly in to my router.  I try to call my family or friends and the call ends before it starts or we talk for 5-8 minutes and the call drops. I don't have any issues with other devices in my home including tablets and televisions connecting to or streaming content via WIFI . If I make a Google Duo call, I have no problems and it drains my battery. This has been happening for at least two months and I am over it, so we either we find a solution or I need to find a new cell phone provider.
